Van Tam Nguyen - Managing Director

With more than 25 years of experience, he kept various high-ranking positions in different travel corporations before setting his own business. Since founding the company in 1996, Van Tam has guided TTB Travel&Tour steady evolution into the foremost  bespoke operator of private tours in Indochina. He coins the phrase "travel designer" to describe the unique way of creating highly personalized and detailed itineraries for clients, and is flattered to see that many other travel companies are now using the term. It’s Van Tam’s passion for travel and attention to detail that drives the company philosophy that nothing is too much trouble and that those who travel with TTB Travel&Tour are not just holidaymakers, they are our guests.

Quynh Giang Nguyen - Finance Manager

She has over ten years experience as an accountant managing the detailed finances of small and large companies, and she brings her specialty in international matters to her role at TTB Travel&Tour. After reading Business Economics and Accountancy at Hanoi National University, she qualified as an accountant whilst working for Vietcombank in 1995. She then pursued a MA of Commerce majoring in professional accounting at the University of New South Wales. She furthered her study with a post graduate diploma of Corporate Finance and Fund Management. As a Finance Manager, Quynh Giang is responsible for all company’s finances and accounting. She also attends to general administration and human resource matters.

Anh Tuyet Nguyen - Sales&Operation Manager

With a MA from Cambridge University, Anh Tuyet belongs to the first generation of managers trained during years working in the tourism field. She is a highly experienced and well respected senior executive with deep knowledge of the hospitality industry and global experience heading world renowned hotel brands. Her career includes 5 years as sales coordinator of Sofitel brand, 4 years as director of sales for Orient Express hotels and 5 years as senior sales executive at Hilton group. Her experience includes all aspects of the travel business including sales planning and implementations, product development, advertising and promotional strategy, strategic relationship development and customer services. She is well-known for her tactful skills in coordination different services units for daily smooth operation.

Van Thai Nguyen - Product&Marketing Manager

Wanderlust is in his blood, inherited from his parents from Hanoi who circumnavigated Asia multiple times in the 1980s. He spent 8 years in France and traveled widely throughout Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Van Thai speaks fluent French, English and Italian and enjoys visiting remote areas, eating his way, photography and blogging about his experiences when he returns. After graduating university with a Master degree in Tourism Management and experience in French tour operators in both FIT and GIT travel, Van Thai moved into the incoming field. Working in both product research and marketing on international scale, he is able to build industry contacts and great experience. He is responsible for looking after clients in Europe, company promotion, social media, marketing and PR, as well as developing innovative tailor-made tours in Indochina.

Thanh Liem Bui - Product Manager

A former software engineer and technology entrepreneur, Liem considers himself lucky to have found his true calling at the age of 28, and to have been able to turn his life's passion for Indochinese travel into his profession. As a Product Manager, Liem is responsible for developing bespoke itineraries and managing client accounts, stepping in at the trip planning phase and seeing it through to the final travel reports. Attuning himself to individual client profiles, Liem is able to acutely hand-select activities and special experiences that ultimately result in personalized itineraries that meet each client's travel style and needs. He manages several client accounts at once and oversees the day-to-day details that go into each trip

Virak Vong - Phnom Penh Office Manager

North, east, west and south, Virak has travelled Cambodia for more than two decades with a myriad of experiences under his belt. From kayaking on the Tonle Sap Lake, to picnicking beside the ruins of hidden Angkorian temples. Virak is also mad about river cruising. He’s been on several cruise ships along the Mekong river, from Jayavarman to Pandaw and hopes to go on several more. He has over a decade of experience in the hotel and tourism industry in Cambodia. Through his work as an operation executive, he is now an expert in creating challenging trips for travelers, who are seeking natural and cultural heritage tours to Cambodia. He’s fully committed to share his insider knowledge on the hidden charms of the mystical Angkor temples and delivering exceptional services and care in treating his clients

Phalla Mount - Luang Prabang Office Manager

Original Luang Prabang people, Phalla spent almost of his working lifetime supporting traditional and cultural preservation of his hometown. He has worked in tourism field for many years, widely experienced in the northern Laos remote areas. He started organising and leading trips for groups of people in 1997 and then kept important positions in different Laotian companies such as : Luang Say Mekong Cruise, Diethelm Travel and Viengchampa Tour. Phalla works tirelessly to insure that your trip to Laos runs smoothly, he runs operations for our tours and is constantly in the background liaising with the drivers, guides and hotels. He pays attention to the little details which are often what makes for an amazing trip.

Somphanh Xayarath - Vientiane Office Manager

Somphanh has worked in the travel industry since 1992. That’s over 20 years of experience and passion. Most of his experience has been gained in the Corporate and Event sector but has recently tackled the world of holiday travel and cruising with zest and vigour. Somphanh is also very passionate about ensuring that all his clients are well looked after and that all clients come home from their business trip or their family holiday refreshed and happy. He has experienced almost every situation that you can think of in the travel industry and there is nothing that he can’t fix with a strong emphasis on problem prevention in the first place.  Our clients love him because he goes above and beyond ensuring that their needs are all well catered for.

Minh Chanthy - Siem Reap Office Manager

Prior to TTB Travel&Tour, Minh worked with some of the Cambodia’s most successful tour operators such as Exotissimo, Khiri Travel, Asian Trails…. He was responsible for the product selection, research and management of hundreds of customers throughout Asia, Western Europe, Australia and North America. Since entering the world of travel in 1995, Minh has been a dominant force in the leisure travel world. There’s nothing like personal experiences and Minh is great at sharing his knowledge.  Between him and his clients there’s pretty much no-where in Cambodia where he hasn’t either been himself or sent his clients. 

Duc Long Nguyen - Saigon Office Manager

Long has more than 20 years' experience of overland and adventure travel as a tour guide, programme manager and operations manager. After a MA in Tourism Management in Australia, he returned to Vietnam to setup an office with the aim of promoting Indochina as the amazing destination it is and to use his knowledge and contacts on the ground to develop tailor-made tours to the region. Everyday he leverages his unique background to ensure that our clients get an experience found nowhere else while receiving the level of comfort and service that they expect.
